All About the Nuclear Energy Masters
This course is for students who have a good II.1 Honours Degree in Engineering or related science subject, such as Physics, Chemistry or Materials Science and who wish to gain the knowledge and skills to build a career in the nuclear and energy sectors.
While the prime focus of the course is to equip students for roles in industry, there is a path towards research through preparation for a PhD programme.
Since nuclear energy involves a broad range of technologies, with its success depending on public acceptance and sound economics, the course is multi-disciplinary in nature. It will provide core nuclear technology and policy teaching supported by a broad range of management and technical electives that allow students to tailor their education to suit their interests.
Past and current students on the course come from many different countries including UK, Bangladesh, Canada, China, France, Italy, Malaysia, Nigeria, South Africa and US.
Please review our Past Students section for more information about previous students and what they are doing now.
